If I create a calendar appointment with an iPhone App (Outlook or iOS Cal) and open it in Mac Outlook, then time is in UTC. Click or right-click on the three dots to open the Notes module, Shortcuts, or the Folder list and to access Navigation options. If I create a calendar appointment with an iPhone App (Outlook or iOS Cal) and open it in Win Outlook, OWA or Mac Calendar, no issues. If I create a calendar appointment with Win Outlook, OWA, no issues anywhere, not even on Mac Outlook. If I create a calendar appointment and then use WIn Outlook, OWA, Mac Calendar, then no issues. * I was directed to post here because this is the 'Outlook clients' forum, hope I'm in the right place. The OWA and Windows Outlook does not, they show the proper time (MST) so no issues there. So although this UTC issue gets created only when appointments are created by iPhone apps, even then the only one that shows the UTC time is the Mac Outlook 2016. If I only had Outlook for Windows, or just use the Calendar on the Mac, I would not be aware of this glitch at all. The issue is the Mac Outlook 2016 program issue.
